Advent Day
Today is the day we give children the chance to gather in shopping centres all around Australia and celebrate the beginning of Christmas. Dressed as Mary and Joseph, shepherds, angels, wise men and more than a few sheep, the children come from state and Christian schools alike. One by one they ask shop keepers if there is any room at the inn only hear the same answer Joseph heard 2000 years ago.
For Fusion Western Sydney its one time of the year we all down tools and work as one big team. We love to see the kids and parents, shoppers and shop keepers smiling away as the procession makes its way through the shopping centre.
