Open Crowd Festivals

“Open Crowd Festivals” have been developed over 40 years, first in Tasmania then around Australia and now around the world. These festivals are a unique way of bringing a community together to transform a region. Watch this video for an example of a local festival in Bidwill, Western Sydney.

Community Green space

In what might very well be the worlds only “Bowling Green” Vegetable Garden anybody from the community is welcome to come and plan, grow and harvest a huge range of scrumptious crop fruit and veggies.

Young Parents Support Groups

Christmas is a great time of celebration every year for families and friends. Unfortunately for schools they are on break at Christmas so are not able to celebrate the season together with the students, staff, families and community.

Advent Pageants

Our Community Development team have developed 4 Young Parents Groups in the western suburbs. These groups focus on social connection, craft and skills development including having special guests like medical experts, mothercraft etc

Wiggling Wombats

Our volunteers bring light to the lives of single, isolated and disadvantaged parents and children

Community Dinners

Every Wednesday night is Community Tea night at the Fusion Centre in St Marys. IT a fun family friendly bring food to share night for anyone who wants to come.
Starting at 6pm and finishing 7:30pm the program is simple.

Host Family Network

Our Host Family Network consists of families who are willing to open up their home one night a week to welcome someone in for dinner who needs a little support. You don’t have to be anything special to be a part of it just willing to share your family for a few hours a week.

Supported Accommodation

We care for lots of singles and families who need just a little leg up to get them going. Accommodation, Referral, Foundations For Families© parenting course, Case Planning and more.

Home and Community Care

HACC (Home and Community Care) is a Government-funded Program providing basic maintenance and support services to help frail older people and people with disabilities of all ages to continue to live in the community and remain living at home.

Kids Clubs

Fusion’s kids clubs began in Jamaica and have spread around the world. We have had 2 in the past and are hoping to recommence them as soon as possible.
