Their are many stereotypes connected to young parents in our community most are not only judgmental they are downright wrong. Of course there is always some bits of truth to these stereotypes but until you met and spent time with these parents you’ll never understand their circumstances or their the wonderful commitment so many have to their little families.
Our Community Development team have developed 4 Young Parents Groups in the western suburbs. These groups focus on social connection, craft and skills development including having special guests like medical experts, mothercraft etc
