The Music Production course gives young singer/songwriters, acoustic duos and others interested in the industry, opportunities to build on existing music skills and open them up to a hands on recording and production experience. The program is targeted to young people who are looking at studying music or wanting to pursue it as a career. If you’re interested or skilled in performing, song-writing or recording music – we want to hear from you!
The course includes:
• Professional recording experience
• Record your own song in a professional recording studio
• Learn how to produce and record your own music using ‘Pro Tools’ (Industry Standard Recording Software)
• Learn and develop skills in recording, mixing, digital editing and effects.
• Get professionally trained in audio engineering / production / performance
• Song writing and song development
• Performance night in front of family and friends.
