Fusion Australia has a 50 year history in volunteering. From the most junior position all the way to the CEO of Fusion Western Sydney there a volunteers at every level of our work. The Fusion team do not consider a paid position to be higher or more important that a voluntary role. In fact it is often the case that employees will report to a person in a voluntary position and of course visa vera.
We believe that the value of a human being cannot be measured in dollars and cents and that any attempt to measure value in this way is, in the end dehumaising.
Fusion Western Sydney are proud of the dedication of our employees and volunteers many of whom are regularly ‘headhunted’ by other organisations and companies because of their skills, experience and dedication to their work.
